C&R AI Solutions operates as a SaaS agency with a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final.

  • All Payments Are Final: Once payment is processed, no refunds or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Monthly and Annual Subscriptions: All subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial months or unused time.
  • No Money-Back Guarantee: We do not offer trial periods or money-back guarantees. We encourage potential customers to request a demo before purchasing.

Setup and Customization Fees

All one-time setup fees, customization charges, and consultation fees are 100% non-refundable. This includes initial consultation, CRM integration, AI training, and custom configuration specific to your business.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

  2. Provide your account information and reason for cancellation (optional)
  3. Receive confirmation of cancellation within 1-2 business days

Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for unused time in the billing cycle.

Service Level Agreement

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime and reliable service, service interruptions or technical issues do not qualify for refunds or credits. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly, but all payments remain non-refundable regardless of service performance.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate termination of your account and all services. All disputes must be handled directly with C&R AI Solutions.
