3. Account Registration and Use

To use our services, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws

4. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due according to the billing schedule agreed upon during signup. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for:

• Initial setup fees (if applicable)
• Recurring subscription charges
• Any additional services or upgrades requested

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing or required by law.

5. Service Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with or without notice. While we strive for 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any interruptions or errors.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email or phone. Upon cancellation:

• Service will continue until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
• All data and recordings may be deleted after 30 days

Setup fees and customization charges are non-refundable once work has commenced.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI technology, are owned by C&R AI Solutions and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

C&R AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C&R AI Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

10. Data Usage and Recording

By using our services, you acknowledge that calls handled by our AI receptionist may be recorded and analyzed to improve service quality. You are responsible for complying with all applicable call recording laws and obtaining necessary consents from callers.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
